Yea it’s true there’s a lot of diets and cleanses that want to snatch a whole lot of foods from you. But you don’t have to live like that to live healthy.
I’m glad you’re ready to do this and I’m glad you found your way to Things We Eat, because I’m not going to take anything you love away from you.
What we will do is figure out how you can cut back on the things you should be eating LESS of, and increase the things you should be eating more of. Simple math: eat more healthy things and less foods that are unhealthy.
