PB+J Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or stevia
  • 2 tbsp nut butter Or try 3-4 tbsp peanut powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Toss it all in a blender, and get to blending. 

  2. Slowly add the milk until you get your preferred level of thickness. Add more milk if needed.
